Miguel Alborch, Agronomist Engineer (Agricultural Engineering High School (ETSIA) of the Technical University of Valencia (UPV), 1999) specialized in Agricultural and Food Industries.
He has more than 10 years of experience in project management about characterization and improvement of the interaction between packaging/food products and manufacturing processes aimed at developing higher-quality food from a sensory, nutritional and food security point of view. Wide knowledge about EU regulations about organic products, hygiene and quality standards of foodstuffs in general.
During his carreer he has done several stays in national and foreign research centers: École Nationale Superieure de la Biologie Apliquée à la Nutrition et Alimentation. (ENSBANA) Université de Bourgogne, Dijon (France), in 1999-2000; Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Agrarias (IVIA), Valencia (Spain), in 2000-2001; Institute of Biochemical Engineering (Bio-VT) Munich University of Technology, Munich (Germany) in 2005.
Since 2002 he develops his professional activity in ainia, at present, in the Packaging Technologies Department taking part and leading in both institutional and private R&D projects, as well as technological assistance to companies and formative activities.
